Our Classes
From classical ballet to contemporary styles, our diverse range of classes caters to all ages and skill levels. Each class is designed to develop technique, artistry, and a deep appreciation for dance.
Our ballet program follows the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus, emphasizing proper technique, grace, and artistic expression. Students develop strength, flexibility, and discipline while experiencing the beautiful tradition of classical ballet.
Our contemporary classes blend elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance to create a fluid, expressive style. Students explore movement quality, floor work, and improvisation while developing their unique artistic voice.
Our high-energy hip hop classes focus on rhythm, coordination, and self-expression. Students learn various urban styles including breaking, popping, locking, and commercial choreography in a fun, supportive environment.

Internationally recognized urban dance artist and choreographer, Sophia has worked with major artists and brings the latest styles to her energetic classes.
